After a few years studying in Cyberjaya,
I watch this place grow from a jungle into a city.
BUT,
still there are not much choices available for great food.
So, what I'm going to share with y'all today is really a niche and nice restaurant
that produce great food with great ingredients available in Cyberjaya.
I would like to talk about their food first of course,
Omu Rice with Chicken and Tomato Sauce (a la carte RM13.90)
a.k.a. Nasi Pattaya, a.k.a. Omelette rice
is rice with paprika, union, mushroom and chicken
What makes it different from others?
The oil they used is quite hygiene and it's not those frying oil that being reused thousand times
as I can see the oil that being extruded is crystal clear in color...
this prove that their conscientious and sincerity to operate a great restaurant.
Karaage Chicken (a la carte RM11.90)
Karaage Chicken colective term for any chicken
that's soaked in either potato starch or flour and fried.
Taste of Karaage Chicken is totally different from other fried chicken,
Served with their secret homemade sauce!
Perfect match! YUMMS
Things that worth to talk about is
their chef is all the way from Japan,
thus I can always see a lot of Japanese customers visit here.
Besides, the owner of the restaurant is soooo friendly and enthusiastic!

This post is about how I celebrated my valentine's day with ma favorite one :)
Of course mostly related to foodies...
We made it as post valentine's dinner because
we realized that those restaurants no matter what classes or what levels they are
(eg, 0 - 5 starts restaurants)
most of them tend to mark up the prices of the foodies in order to earn double or triple during this festive season.
So we tried to make it before or after the actual date of valentine's day as the price will be more reasonable and acceptable....
What a good girlfriend I am! *LOL*
ok I don't wanna crap much....
So we celebrated our valentine's day at Marini's on 57
I'm not sure whether you guys familiar with the restaurant's name.
Marini's on 57 is Malaysia's Highest Rooftop Bar, Italian Restaurant and Lounge.
customers here can experience the best views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline.
We ordered a la cart dishes instead of sets....
so that I could choose somethings that I wished to taste!
You probably won't believe that this was a dish instead of decoration. XD
The dish below I really don't remember its name
because its not inside the menu and when it arrived to my table
I was really surprised about it....
(but I remember the taste and the contains of this dish...)
It is an olive covered wholly by beef bacon
and it was a hot served dish..... because it will taste abit sour and bitter after it's getting cold ..
The texture of this bacon olive ball was quite chewy at the surface
and its soft and juicy inside the olive
Here was our Antipasti-Entree (which means appetizer)
FEGATO D’ANATRA O DI OCA
It was a choice of pan-fried goose liver served with potatoes,
raspberry vinaigrette, raisins & pan-brioche
Before I tried this, I wonder this must be an awful dish because I never tried any animal organ before.
OK.... after the first taste...
the texture was similar to cooked salmon but what distinguished them was
the goose liver was more compact and elastic
while cooked salmon was more loose and lack of elasticity.
Those potatoes slices, raspberry vinaigrette, raisins & pan-brioche
were best matched with the goose liver as they brought out the essence of it!

Now came to the Main Course
FILETTO ARROSTO
Roasted tenderloin served with sautéed wild mushrooms, bone marrow & polenta
180gm Dry-aged Wagyu tenderloin (Marbling score of 8)

The texture of wagyu beef was soft and juicy!
I prefered half cooked because after it's being served there were still remaining heat
and when it came to my dinning table it was barely cooked
so that meat wouldn't be too though and lack of elasticity.
Roasted tenderloin served with sautéed wild mushrooms, bone marrow & polenta
180gm Black Angus fillet (Marbling score of3 & above)

***Bae's main course***
Based on the look I couldn't differentiate Dry-aged Wagyu and Black Angus fillet.
However, there were differences in the texture of the meat,
Black Angus fillet was not as juicier and elastic as Wagyu,
Angus Fillet was tougher compared with Wagyu.
It's Dessert Time!!!!
MARINI’S TIRAMISU - PICK ME UP
Traditional Italian layered dessert with espresso, marsala wine, S avoiardi biscuits &
cocoa powder
This dessert was not really impressive...
Just because tiramisu is common and popular didn't mean it should be the same as the others
They should have differentiate themselves from others
since we paid for this amount of money for this dish.
I was disappointed by their dessert!
Overall environment was quiet
(This was the reason I didn't capture much pictures of the surrounding of the restaurant!)
and the services provided was really good!

After a tiring week, i can finally have some rest in this cozy place
and update my blog :)
HARVEST Coffee & Delight
the newest cafe that I've been discovered this few weeks which located in Cyberjaya Domain area.
this place is such a cozy area that suitable for couples, friends and family come over to have a short meet up or dinner and relax themselves.
therefore i came with my boyfie *Chuckle*
maybe it's newly open and located at place which is not so easy to be discover by the peeps
so that when I visited during last Sunday noon, there were no crowds.
the surrounding of the cafe really make me intoxicated!! <3 p="">3>
well allocated furniture and design chosen by them
the owner of the cafe was sitting there
and i was like keep capturing and capturing.......
AWKWARD!!!

the first floor of the cafe looks really cozy
but the session is temporary closed while i was there.......
nevertheless they allow me to go upstairs and capture some photo hehehehe
because I'm too KAWAII ...... - feeling disgust!!
okay before you vomit due to my narcissism...
let see what food and beverage do they provide >>>>
as usual, i ordered a cup of Americano, aka Black Coffee, aka Long Black.....
it taste good as i the smell so rich before i drink it!!
then my boyfie ordered a cup of caramel machiato......
i'm not sure about the taste cause i don't really coffee with sugar and alot of cream.....
*tongue* *tongue*
but since the monster didn't complain anything about it
it means it taste good :D
now come to our main dishes.
[Beef Lasagna]
it's not my description too exaggerate, but seriously it taste really good!
this lasagna is different from the lasagna that i usually eat [bechamel lasagna]
Beef lasagna only covered by a lots of mozzarella cheese on top unlike bechamel lasagna,
even though there is a lot of cheese but it doesn't make me feel heavy and cheesy after consumed.
by eating the cheese on top that stimulate my taste bud
i can feel the cheese that melt in my mouth is fully adsorbed by juicy beef!!!
the lasagna that i usually consume is cover/mix by/with a lot of tomato sauce, aka bechamel lasagna.
although bechamel lasagna help in stimulate the appetite but only at the beginning stage of the meal.
it will end up in too cheesy and heavy for me.
then the side dish
[Salad]
As I say I'm not those kind of person that can accept too cheesy and heavy thingy
the salad they provided as side dish is covered by a small layer of Parmesan cheese,
unlike salad that i tried before that its mix with frozen cream cheese.
It taste light and healthy.
The last round will be the dessert
[Tiramisu cake]
Frankly, this is the only dish that don't really satisfy me.
maybe because of the refrigerator is not cold enough
the vapor absorbed by the cake,
and when I first bite, the texture of the cake is like a lil too wet.
I think this would be the only part they need to improve themselves.
By the way, there is a good news for burger lover
they gonna purpose their new launch serious of bugger very soon!
