Tokyo Secret Cheese Tart is the BEST Cheese Tart in town I've ever tasted!!
It is just perfectly define the amazing taste of a wonderful cheese tart should have!
1. CRUST
Alright, let's talk about the crust of the cheese tart.
The crust of Tokyo Secret cheese tart is just on point as it's just thin crunchy.
Its crinkle edge and sharply browned crust carry with the buttery texture!
Dayummmm~!
2. Fillings
The fillings is covered by a membrane of cheese which dried up due to the hot temperature of the oven.
Though the surface of the cheese tart is dried up, but the cheese below is perfectly smooth and creamy with a lil taste of savory.
PERFECT!
3. Packaging
Love at first sight!
Their packaging is just simple and nice.
A sharp yellow background carry a big contrast with the dark brown colored words which successfully attracted people's eyeballs.
Paper bag design convey an eco-friendly image for the brand. (Bonus!)
4. Environment
Slightly narrow.
Only furnished with 3 small round tables available for customers to enjoy their cheese tart instead of take away.
Generating awkwardness for customers who wish to have a seat and enjoy their dishes immediately.
(Recommendation: expansion of the outlet is desperately needed!)
